Starting in the design and development of websites, and branching out into a well rounded web strategy encompassing user experience, information architecture, search engine optimization (providing clear information on what your business is about in a structure that makes sense). With a vast array of experience in domain name registration, hosting, content and structure, analytics/ reporting, strategy and search sectors, we have been involved in collaborating and leading businesses down the paths to successful online ventures since 1999. While, StartupBackpack officially started a short while ago, its been in the works since the inception of the public internet.
The early days of the web were a time when more was best, and flashy websites supposedly enticed consumers to become engaged. We believe in providing clean, clear and concise solutions. Getting across the point in a quick and efficient manner. Cutting the clutter and getting straight to the point, yet providing enough insight and energy to feel confident and secure in customers decisions. We also believe in educating businesses as to the options they have available and why they might be the best for them. Small Office and Home Office businesses (SOHO), unfortunately do not specialize in domain names, web hosting, navigation, website structures, and content strategy, its up to us to teach them. These beliefs and vast array of knowledge and insights have lead to StartupBackpack, a quasi journal of online consulting and web strategy that aims to provide business with the steps necessary in getting business up and rolling on the technology side.
